Trying to get a new case

Hi

I bought this set about a month or so ago and I accidentally broke the case. I am wanting to find a case of the same size to replace it. I got no reply from the makers so I assume they weren't going to help and probably just wanted me to buy another one. If anyone knows where I can get the casings from, please reply!

We always reply to emails and will replace your case for you no problem.
The 12 way DVD cases are quite hard to find, but fortunately, we have a lot of them !
